Description: Design Thinking allows you a new outlook on problems. The combination of creative and analytical thinking gives you new insights and ideas. The course Design Thinking offers you the possibility to work with this yourself. You discover what’s essential in generating user insights and how to translate these into personas and customer journeys. Then you learn how to transform the most promising ideas into a prototype and how you set up experiments to test your prototype. Finally, you get to define the conditions for a successful implementation.
Purpose: In 2 days you learn: - The 5 Steps of Design Thinking, - Methods for acquiring customer insights, - To utilise customer insights for the development of personas, - Mapping out the current and desired customer journey and touchpoints, - To co-create with the target customer, - To generate ideas, - To develop and test prototypes, - To develop the selected idea into a service design blueprint, - Design Thinking and Service Design tools, - Implementation within your organisation and success factors, - Implementation based on your case
Target audience: The course is for everyone working on experience: marketing managers, brand managers, online marketers, communication professionals, category managers, product managers, content specialists and UX developers. In short, everyone who wants to work on developing solutions based on customer research.
Pre-education: For this course, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
