Description: Unconscious processes mostly determined our online behaviour. How does our brain react to various stimuli? And how can you influence behaviour to reach your marketing goals? During the course Online Persuasion, you learn how to motivate your visitors with suitable copy and images. You learn how to get your visitors to action as desired. You get psychological insights that can be applied in marketing, business development and communication.
Purpose: In 1 day you learn: - The trends, tools and developments in the field of online persuasion, - How to practically apply the 7 principles by Robert Cialdini, - The (un)conscious psychological processes that play a decisive role in the customers’ buying behaviour, - The most important persuasion principles, models and influencing techniques and how to apply these to increase the conversion rate

Pre-education: For this course, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
