Lean Green Belt training English
Lesgeld
What’s in this training?
Our Lean Green Belt training is a 5-day LCS certified training. During an intensive period we prepare you as a project leader of Lean projects. During the training you will immediately apply what you have learned, both in simulation games and in your own practice. Do you not have a suitable working environment? No problem, we also have a fictional process available for you! In the Lean Green Belt training you will learn that Lean is more than just applying tools: it is a pattern for moving from problem to cause to solution. This creates a learning and continuously improving organization. It is important that management and employees accept improvements and implement them themselves. That is why the subject of change management receives a lot of attention during this Lean Green Belt training.
After the training:
Participants have knowledge of and experience with the most relevant elements from the Lean toolbox;
Participants are able to act as a Lean leader (in the long term);
Participants are able to independently make improvements in their daily work;
Participants are able to apply the right tools at the right time;
Participants are able to involve and inspire colleagues.
