The e-learning begins with an introduction providing an overview of PRINCE2 and its areas of application.
You will then learn how to apply the seven PRINCE2 principles in practice, using concrete examples and case studies.

A key part of the training focuses on tailoring PRINCE2.
You will learn how to adapt the processes and themes to the specific needs of your project environment, such as in Agile or IT projects. The PRINCE2 themes—such as business case, organization, risk, and progress—are covered in detail, and through exercises, you will explore how to apply these themes to your own projects.

Additionally, the training provides insights into the PRINCE2 processes, from project initiation to closure, with a focus on roles and responsibilities in each phase.

Upon completing the e-learning, you will be fully prepared to take the official PRINCE2 Practitioner exam.
The exam is a multiple-choice test with 70 questions, which you have 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to complete. It is an open-book exam, allowing you to use the official PRINCE2 manual. To pass, you need to answer at least 38 out of 70 questions correctly, achieving a score of 55%.

The exam is available in multiple languages, including English and Dutch.
You will receive an exam voucher from PeopleCert, which allows you to schedule your exam and choose the language in which you wish to take it.
